Pressure Transducer

The sensor of this transducer is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor, mounted on a tape (TAP) ﬂ oating

freely in an oil chamber. The pressure is transferred to the sensor by a separating nickel diaphragm in

the oil chamber.
